We provide two categories of offerings:

B. Physical Products

These include:

  • Gemstones
  • Rudraksha

  • Spiritual Accessories
  • Other Physical Products

2. No Refund Policy for Virtual Services

All virtual, spiritual, and astrology-related services are non-refundable.

Once a puja, consultation, anushthan, astrology service, or personalized remedy is booked or initiated:

❌ No cancellation will be accepted
❌ No refund will be provided
❌ No exchange is applicable

This policy applies because these services involve:

  • Time-based expert consultation
  • Personalized spiritual work
  • Customized astrology analysis
  • Ritual preparation and priest arrangements

3. Refund & Return Policy for Physical Products

Returns may be accepted only under the following conditions:

✔ Wrong product delivered
✔ Damaged product received
✔ Product significantly different from order

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order details
  • Product images/videos
  • Clear explanation of issue

4. Non-Returnable Physical Products

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Energized gemstones
  • Energized Rudraksha
  • Customized spiritual items
  • Used products
  • Broken items due to mishandling

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refund method depends on original payment mode
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

6. Cancellation Policy

Physical Products

Orders can only be canceled before shipping.

Virtual Services

No cancellations allowed once booking is confirmed.
